Order Process

Create an account easily with just your e-mail address!

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your inbox, so please double check that your e-mail address is correct.

2. Order and Payment

 

Select your desired products, add them to your shipping cart, and complete your order by entering delivery information and selecting any applicable coupons or events. After your order has been placed you will be given the option to submit payment.

TQBOTTLES will send you e-mails to confirm your order and to confirm your payment has been received.

3. Payment Confirmation

 

Payments made after 3PM (Pacific Time) will be confirmed and processed the following business day. Once we confirm your payment your order status will change to Paid.

4. Awaiting Shipment

 

This order status will be shown once your order is prepared for delivery.

You can check your tracking number and shipping status with the order details on My Page.
