You may cancel your order at any time before it is being prepared for shipment. Once your order is prepared to ship or has been shipped, please wait until your order arrives and then request to return the products.
If you complete an order and have not paid it within a certain amount of time the order will be automatically cancelled. We will warn you of the upcoming cancellation by e-mail seven days before it happens.
Cancellation Fees
TQBOTTLES charges a cancellation fee of 30% the value of your order for cancellations made any time after your order is listed as in production.
