Returns

We do not accept returns on:

-  products damaged through customer error or misuse
- products from orders delivered more than 14 days ago
- products removed from the original packaging or without tags

*  Contact us if you receive defective products or products damaged in transit. We will assist you in the return, replacement, or refund process.
* We will exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the items.
* We will cover the return shipping fees if the product is defective or broken.

 

Refunds
 

Refunds will be awarded after subtracting all applicable fees from the total value of your order. 

Amount Paid - Cancellation and Other Fees = Refund Amount

Refunds can be awarded through site points (quickest option) or bank transfer.
